Was serviced by Jenny, despite being the only staff in the store and having a long queue, she serviced the customers with patience and cheerful. Gift was wrapped meticulously by her too! Thank you Jenny!

Came to mothercare tampines mall on 14/1 to get gift for my new born nephew. I approached the staff on duty politely to ask for the product’s price as there weren’t price label. She did assist on however with grumpy attitude. The second time i approached another staff and asked about the size of a shoe which i picked up from the rack to ensure its suits the age, however the staff was unsure and asked the first staff whom I approached for clarification. Again, she was annoyed, and turned to me & told me off that the shoe doesn’t belong to mothercare but of different brand which clearly i was aware. Upon making payment, the second staff attended to me and she was grumbling away only god knows what she was blabbering behind her face mask.

Staff helpful and friendly. Not a big outlet yet have quite a numbers of item you might need. Did an online click and collect and also bought something at the stall again.

The staff, Ms Angela at Mothercare Tampines mall was pleasant to talk to and very helpful. I wanted to buy the promotion item that was not available at her outlets. She help to arrange bring the item over to tampines mall and will contact us if the item arrived. She called us within two days (very fast!!) Overall, Great service at mothercare and was very satisfied with the staff assisting us.
